Policy
Returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt.
If you wish to return an item, please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization
number. Call 1-800-814-7368 or email us to have a RMA# issued to you.
The merchandise must be returned in the original carton. Enclose a copy of the invoice with the RMA# on the carton.
It is recommended you use an insured parcel service such as UPS, Fed Ex or Priority Mail. Sorry, no C.O.D. returns.
Damaged
Goods
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect every shipment
upon receipt. All damages must be noted at the time of receipt with the shipper.
If your merchandise is damaged, call for a RMA#. We will issue a Call Tag for
your merchandise to be returned for a replacement. Merchandise must be returned
in the original carton. Enclose a copy of your invoice and the RMA#.
Shipping
Charges
Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if the
return is not due to our error. Merchandise must be returned in original carton
with all Certificates of Authenticity. Returns not in the original carton
will be refused.
Refunds
You can expect a refund posted to the same credit card used for
the purchase within 7 - 14 business days or our receiving your returns.
